Return Policy
For returns or exchanges, please email roseandharrys@gmail.com with your request for an exchange or return. Please do not return items without contacting us first to confirm the return.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date. Past this window, we cannot guarantee permission for return/exchanges.
The cost of the merchandise will be refunded as long as the item is in perfect condition with the original tag and packaging. Please make sure to try on all merchandise without makeup, as we cannot accept returns on merchandise that are not in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not charge a restocking fee, so please be considerate and fold items neatly when returning/exchanging.
